Injection Molding Shop
Our Injection molding machines are completely PLC controlled and maintained with Mold temperature controllers, Hopper dryer and De-humidifiers to ensure high quality molded components. We believe in continuous improvements of our processes – to make our process more efficient, we have employed pick and place robotic arms.
As per customer requirement, we utilize a wide range of materials in various colors – PPO, POM, PC, PP, ABS, HDPE, and Nylon to name a few. Our experts shall guide you for material selection of the product based on application. We make injection molded components in a wide range of complexity and sizes with PSI specification of 20-150 tons. Depending on the order volume and complexity of components, we also make multi-cavity molds to increase production efficiency.
Thanks to our proven expertise in tool making and injection molding, we can comfortably insert molded and over molded plastic parts and components. This can remove the need for secondary operations which leads to saving time and money.
We are experts at Plastic-welding with our in-house ultra-sound welding capability.
